Until very recently, there were fears that 2008 would not see a show down in the South West of England.  There had been no annoucement from the usual parties involved and RISC OS [3] users were desperate for news.  Thankfully, RISCOS Ltd. [4] have stepped in to organise this year's RISCOS South West Show.

As has become usual for RISCOS Ltd. [5] organised Road Show events, there will be no entrance fee for visitors, but some visitors, will need to use that money on a taxi or alternative to get to the venue, as RISCOS Ltd. will not be able to provide a free mini-bus service.

So far the known attendees are RISCOS Ltd, CJE Micros, R-Comp and Myriscos has learned that Qercus [6] will also be in attendance.  No doubt, this list will increase further before the date of the show.

To make life easier for previous attendees, the show will be at the same venue as in previous years and it will be open  from 10am until 4pm

Note:
