Knightsfield School is hoping to recruit an ICT technician to support the work of teachers and pupils in the school.

The school has an extensive RISC OS [3] network of over 40 RPCs running ROM based 4.39. There is a huge range of software and peripherals. All teachers have Virtual Acorn laptops and there are data projectors in every classroom.

We have increased the hours to "full time" - 30 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks) in the hope that we might attract someone with the right knowledge and skills. This will give the person more scope for development work such as production of software guidance for staff and making of resources, both paper based using ICT and also hopefully computer based materials.
