In communication with some subscribers, RISCOS Ltd. [4] have recently stated that the long awaited Select [5] 4 release will be available before the end of November.
This bit of news came via a subsription renewal request form, which talks about the substantial extra amount of work on 32-bitting and apologises for the lack of specific Select releases during the 32-bit conversion work.

The note goes on to mention the recently launched RISC OS SIX [6], "which forms the basis of the Select 4 release which will be available before the end of November."
