Now that Qercus [4] is back up and posting out issues to readers, they have offered to also provide a service to any user groups who want it, to deliver notices "free of charge" to their readers whom are local to a given user group.
John Cartmell goes on to say:

If you want to start a new group or re-vitalise an existing group we can print and deliver notices free of charge to Qercus [5] readers in your area.

The offer is subject to approval (eg we will want to avoid possible conflict between overlapping groups, and we will need to be convinced that you have a reasonable plan in place to get your groups started - generally the simpler, the better) and there may also be commercial limitations.

If you want to take advantage of this offer then simply contact the editor at Qercus and ask for details.
