Just to update on the current situation with regard to legal discussions over RISCOS Ltd's licence...
Paul Middleton was apparently travelling when news broke of the Castle Technology statement, but Drobe [4] managed to get hold of a communication from Paul Middleton in which RISCOS Ltd totally refute all allegations. See Drobe's posting [5] of the full statement.
Most of the hard facts surrounding this issue are not in the public domain, and as such we are not going to comment on this situation, but will attempt to post any updates as and when the situation is resolved.
