The folks at RISCOS Ltd [4] have announced that the second release of the Select scheme is now available for download.
Full details of the changes and other fun things are available from the website. If you have one of the older RPC/A7K+ or new RiscStation and Mico's then this is the best opportunity to upgrade the OS given that Castle can't/won't release OS 5 to the other vendors.

Looking at the site, there is plenty to squeak about as well. Hmmm, makes me wonder if it's time I put my hand in my pocket and pulled out some cash...

Select is well worth it. You know you really want it. I wouldn't be able to feasibly use RISC OS without the DHCP support.
