A new shoutcast player has been released, with source, at http://duffell.cjb.net/ [4]. It should work on any RISC OS [5] 3.5 or greater machine which AMPlayer works on. This is much more efficient than any previously available version.

Download now, and enjoy. go to http://www.shoutcast.com/ [6] for lists of shoutcast server.

Now there's a reason to abuse bandwidth from RISC OS too!

It's a rather cool player too - not quite as 'clear' as the PC style progs but definately more than usable. Best of all it's the least instrusive player I've got only a few hundred k - bet WinAmp / XMMS can't get anywhere near that! However they are also Visual progs too so fair enough.
