Tom Walker has released a minor fix to his RiscPC emulator for Windows and Linux. This new version fixes problems with some palette corruption.

Louie Smith recently announced that he is planning to launch a new bimonthly magazine for RISC OS users and programmers.

 

Steven Simpson has updated his front end and back end for his Draw-to-SVG Converter.
They can both be downloaded from his site: http://www.comp.lancs.ac.uk/computing/users/ss/software/draw2svg/ and are quite small in size.

Draw-to-SVG Converter converts vector-graphic Drawfiles on RISC OS to SVG.

Draw-to-SVG Converter should work on any machine running RISC OS 3.1 on an ARM3 Archimdes right up to the latest Iyonix running RISC OS 5.11.

Paul Middleton recently announced that the new price for RISC OS Adjust / 4.39 is £79 including P&P for users in the UK and £85 for users living abroad.



 

Z80Em Version 4.01 1169 Reads applications
Murklesoft have released Version 4.01 of Z80Em thanks to Colin Ferris.

Lee Noar, the guy responsible for Freeware Abuse, Deth and cdecl for RISC OS has ported Version 3.4.6r1 of ELF GCC.

 

Marc Zinnschlag has released V0.10 of DScript, a new data compiler from the author of Graphite.

DScript is handy for writing map or level editors and has lots of other uses too.
DScript is currently in the beta stage so it's quite buggy and more features will be added soon.

From a recent press release posted at csa, Peter Wild, CEO of Pattotek Ltd has anounced the he is selling Pattotek's 30% share in Castle Ltd.

 

Ray Favre has updated LaBella again and there have been various bug fixes this time round mainly to do with CSV files.

RISC OS Ltd. have announced that there will now be RISC OS roadshows up north in Newcastle (on Tyne) and Glasgow, Glasgow on the 18Th of October and Newcastle on the 19Th.

RISCOS Ltd. have made a short guide available as PDF on their web site, for the upcoming RISC OS Roadshow in the Netherlands.

 

A few days ago 7th Software announced that they have released Version 1.09 of MoreDesk. MoreDesk is a program that gives you more Desktop space and lets your organise your Windows.

 

Cretin 0.20b Released 3209 Reads applications
Cretin is a IRC Client first developed in 2002 by the Sidwell brothers and was released by James Scholes around christmas time 2005.
James has released Version 0.20b around a month back.
