Articles: WROCC 20th Anniversary meeting - Tonight (Wednesday 2nd April 2003)

Wednesday, April 02, 2003 - 10:02 AM, (2096 Reads)

Our April meeting is the club's 20th Anniversary, and to celebrate the metting will be a little different with a couple of videos and a range of computers from the past to wonder at. Rick Sterry, one of our founder members, will tell us a little story! Although not strictly Acorn related, there will also be a working Sinclair ZX81 (yes, that's 22 years old) at the meeting to help show how machines have developed over the years.

The doors will open at 7.15pm with the meeting starting at 7:45 pm till finish.

There is ample FREE car parking at the venue, and a bar for refreshments.

For more information please see the Club website which is regularly updated.

Other events coming up are:

Weds, 7th May 2003
Virtual Acorn in action, plus shareware and some interactivity!

Sat, 10th May 2003 Wakefield Show
Don't forget that as a visitor to the show you could win a Microdigital Omega.
