Noticed this on Slashdot...
Encore's Simputer, 'The handheld for the masses', which is StrongARM based, appears to be due to release in May.

Looks quite a nice spec although the case is a little clunky I think.
The catch?
Well there are a few actually...
- It runs a StrongARM SA1110 @ 206MHz
- The operating system is Linux
- It's made in India! (so may only be sold there)
Another candidate for RON perhaps?
